Hey, I’m Tony! I’m a certified, passionate and capable personal trainer and boxing coach with a proven track record of helping my clients achieve their goals for over 10 years.
I’m a trauma-informed trainer who is a cross between a Navy Seal and a therapist. Think Jocko Willink meets Gabor Maté. I understand the hidden motivations that often direct our decisions and often go unnoticed.
I regularly incorporate boxing conditioning techniques into workouts, which greatly contribute to weight loss, muscle tone, improving endurance, self-defense and overall self-confidence. My approach is encouragement. I believe you can achieve so much more than you thought possible when your approach is one of empowerment.
If you are willing to trust me, even when you don’t feel like it or it may not be comfortable, transformation is guaranteed. “Encourage” means to lend someone your courage, and I will lend you my courage when you do not have it, but you must be willing to accept it. If you are open to accepting this courage, you will transcend your mental and physical barriers.

Hi! My name is Camille. From client to now proud team member, I have been living the One Brick Way for the past two years.
When I first met Tony, my relationship with food and exercise was deeply distorted. I went from over-exercising and under-eating, to avoiding exercise completely and binge eating, along with everything in between. For nearly a decade, I struggled to find a sustainable, healthy way to live, and my mental health suffered as a result.
Once I began training with Tony, things started to change quickly. We focused on just 10 minutes of cardio a day, along with strength training five days a week. The gym had always felt intimidating to me, but with Tony guiding me every step of the way, I knew I was in good hands.
